1.2 Is the responsibility for review and the authority for disposition of lost needle/sharp tools defined in this procedure?
程序中是否有定义利器/针丢失后的职责划分和清晰说明?
1.3 Is there routine internal audit to ensure that all personnel follow the procedure? Any record?
是否有例行的内部审核去确保所有的人按照利器控制程序去执行?有记录吗?
1.4 Do all personnel have sufficient training to make sure they understand their responsibility and responding action for sharp tools / needle control?
